Focus Apps LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use SwiftCalendar and our related services.

1) Information We Collect

• Diagnostics & crash logs — collected by Apple and/or our tooling to improve stability and performance.
• Purchase & subscription status — product identifiers, active/expired status and receipt info needed to verify and manage subscriptions (processed by Apple and RevenueCat).
• Support emails — if you contact us, we retain your email and message so we can reply and resolve your issue.
• Screen Time & app-blocking permissions — granted by you to enable Focus Mode (Apple’s Screen Time / FamilyControls APIs). This allows the app to know which apps are allowed/blocked during a focus block. No app-usage data is transmitted to our servers; it remains on your device.

2) How We Use Information

• Operate and improve app features and reliability.
• Verify purchases, restore access and manage subscriptions.
• Provide support and respond to requests.
• Use Screen Time permissions to temporarily restrict distracting apps during focus blocks you configure. Related processing occurs locally on your device.

3) Sharing & Selling

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited information may be shared with:
• Apple — App Store purchase processing and receipt verification.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.

4) Data Retention

Diagnostics are retained per the provider’s policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to provide service. Subscription records are retained as required for fraud prevention and accounting.

5) Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data (where applicable under GDPR/CCPA). Contact us at farhan@focusapps.pro.

6) Children

SwiftCalendar is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Subscription info (if applicable): title, price and length are displayed on the App Store, and in-app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
